I am Jim Chandler, Owner and Founder of Chandler Interiors well over 40 years ago. Ever since then we have operated out of the Woodstock-Kennesaw Georgia area, about 30 miles northwest of Atlanta. We are well proven here in the north Georgia and metro Atlanta area at furnishing and installing many types of interior partitions and ceilings as well as prefinished wood and vinyl flooring. Further, we furnish and install all types of suspended acoustical tile ceilings, linear metal ceilings, doors and frames, wood trim, sound panels and associated building insulation. We take great care in our work so as to give our clients both a high quality and timely finished project. We continually strive to treat all of our customers exactly how we want and expect to be treated.

History
I started Chandler Interiors in late March , 1984. I then began this business in the field with very little cash. At first, it was just me (Jim Chandler) and two young and eager apprentices doing both commercial and residential drywall and suspended acoustical ceiling type of interior work---but this was of course on smaller jobs for the first year or so. Over the next several years throughout the 80s and from then on my work crew expanded to as many as 100 people at several isolated times, but we employed an average crew size of 45-50. From 1984 and on through most all of 2023 we successfully completed approximately 280 total projects--with well over 200 of those projects being mid sized commercial (most all of those were privately owned) and several dozen public school projects. We actually specialized in school construction --both all new school work, as well as additions and renovations. BUT...Over this past couple of years as Ive gotten older and less eager to continue to take on bigger and thus more involved and stressful projects, my now much smaller business has evolved so that we now almost exclusively do residential and smaller to mid sized commercial interior work while usually also working within 20-25 miles of Kennesaw/Woodstock.
